We are currently looking for an Infusion Care Nurse to join our team. The position would be responsible for providing care and case management of home infusion patients.


  1. Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
  2. Provides nursing care and treatment and case management of home infusion patients in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment, agency guidelines, regulatory and accreditation standards
  3. Provides appropriate education and instruction for patients and caregivers to safely administer care at home
  4. Provides guidance to related health care staff as needed
  5. Documents clinical and progress notes in accordance with agency policies
  6. Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
  7. Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
  8. Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position


  1. RN license required with BSN, CRNI, OCN, PICC certification preferred
  2. 1-2 years of IV therapy or ICU, ER or oncology experience
  3. Working knowledge of infusion competency, venipuncture, infusion lines, ports, pumps and home nursing
  4. Strong computer skills  
  5. Excellent communication and documentation skills
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate care within the disciplines
  7. Must possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
