VNA Health Group is a premiere Medicare/Medicaid-certified provider of home health, hospice, and community-based services. We’ve been serving families and individuals with the most advanced and comprehensive clinical home care in NJ since 1912. 

 

We are currently looking for a Clinical Systems Analyst NextGen to join our team. The position would be responsible for providing oversight and support of all clinical systems using NextGen including software systems and project management with full cycle.

Responsibilities

  1. Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their      job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
  2. Collaborates with departments and teams in selecting and implementing new systems as well as documenting, training and testing these systems
  3. Provides support for the NextGen clinical systems and help desk
  4. Designs process and custom forms for NextGen to meet needs of clinicians
  5. Works with vendors to resolve problems and make improvements
  6. Maintains and stays current with technology especially as it applies to company systems
  7. Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
  8. Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
  2. 5+ years work related experience
  3. Prior experience with NextGen required
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  6. Ability to travel to organization’s multiple locations as needed
  7. Must be flexible to work after hours in emergencies

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Ability to work at computer for scheduled shift; must be able to work on a set time schedule to meet support hours; capable of lifting and moving computer equipment; required to drive to branch offices as needed
