  • Overview

    Responsible for providing development administrative office support in the Foundation Department.


    1. Assists with administrative coordination for Special Events including sponsorship and auction donation tracking, attendance tracking, signage development and research
    2. Assists in planning, writing and coordinating Constant Contact e-blasts for Special Events
    3. Supports Director of Special Events in administrative needs related to volunteer committee meetings including developing presentations and creating meeting packets
    4. Provides additional administrative office support including answering phones and processing donations over the phone


    1. Completed or working toward a college degree in Development, Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
    2. Experience with social media
    3. Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products, Photoshop and Constant Contact or similar email marketing platform
    4. Excellent business and creative writing skills
    5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
