  • Overview

    Responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable function of the department

     

    Responsibilities

    • Management of one direct report
    • Interacts with Management with regard to processing and procedures
    • Processes invoices and payments to vendors
    • Analyzes and reconciles A/P aging to G/L monthly
    • Prepares all required filing forms for IRS and recipients
    • Prepares all information relating to unclaimed property requirements
    • Participates in the year-end audit

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree required. Bachelors preferred.
    • 5  years experience in Accounts Payable Management
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with acquisitions and onboarding company’s accounts payable functions a plus.
    • Experience with Great Plains software a plus.
