  • Overview

    Responsible for participating in functions related to Quality, Performance Improvement, Patient Experience, and Accreditation (including survey preparation and licensure) throughout the organization to meet regulations and standards.


    1. Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
    2. Assists in planning of quality and performance improvement initiatives through record review using data collection and analysis for both home care and hospice service lines.
    3. Provides support to the Quality/Accreditation Department and managers with education, design and development of QA/PI projects in all locations.
    4. Participates and supports in the mock survey process, on-site surveys & activities related to accreditation and licensure (Federal, State and Community Health Accreditation Program-CHAP)
    5. Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance


    1. RN with BSN preferred
    2. 3 to 5 years of quality and process improvement with community health nursing experience
    3. Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and local licensing and accreditation standards
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    5. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products
    6. Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills


    Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business office environment with phone and computer use; travel to all sites
