  • Overview

    Responsible for the coordination of senior level accounting for the organization


    • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on professionalism and positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
    • Maintains General Ledger in accordance with GAAP for assigned entities.
    • Prepares monthly financial reports, supporting schedules and analyses.
    • Participates in preparing the annual budget.
    • Reviews financial statements and performs variance analysis compared to budget with business owners.
    • Supports year-end audit preparation.
    • Financial analysis for strategic initiatives including presentation to Sr. Management and third parties.
    • Business Review presentations to CFO and Senior Management.
    • High level Excel modeling and projections for acquisitions, joint venture and other strategic alliances.
    • Strategic guidance regarding critical accounting issues related to integration of acquired entities and alliances.


    1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
    2. 5+ years of experience in accounting, public accounting experience a plus
    3. Experience with for-profit accounting preferred
    4. Advanced computer and strong analytical skills
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
