  • Overview

    Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Institute, providing administrative support to the Children and Family Health Institute (CFHI) senior leadership team, generating and maintaining documents such as annual contracts and agreements, and supporting the CFHI Advisory Board.


    • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
    • Provides administrative support to the CFHI Chair, Vice President for Clinical Operations, Directors and CFHI Advisory Board
    • Generates and maintains renewals of Institute contracts and agreements
    • Monitors and maintains essential administrative records and files
    • Serves as point of contact for day-to-day operations of the Freehold facility and resolves problems related to utilization of equipment and supplies for the organization
    • Provides direct programmatic support to the County Councils for Young Children
    • Facilitates & supports CFHI grant submissions, compliance monitoring and reporting in an accurate and timely manner    
    • Works as a team with CFHI Public Health Program and Data Coordinator   



    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 2-3 years work related experience
    • Proficiency in basic and advanced office skills
    • Strong verbal and writing skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Detail oriented self-starter
