    VNA Health Group is a premiere Medicare/Medicaid-certified provider of home health, hospice, and community-based services. We’ve been serving families and individuals with the most advanced, comprehensive clinical home care in NJ since 1912.


    We are currently looking for a HOme Health Aide Manager to join our Homecare team. This position would be responsible for planning, directing and supervising the quality of care provided by the Home Health Aides and Patient Service Coordinators and providing back up support to the Patient Care Director.


    1. Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
    2. Facilitates and coordinates the interdisciplinary care and services provided by the CHHA to patients and families
    3. Makes field visits wtih Home Health Aides to clients' homes
    4. Manages the in-services and e-learning program fro the ongoing development of teh Home Health Aides; manages staffing levels
    5. Monitors the quality and appropriateness of services provided by the staff
    6. Provides back-up support to the Patient Care Director
    7. Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
    8. Supervises staff in conjunction with the organization's managerial and leadership practices
    9. Audits contracted agencies for compliance and oversees proper use of CareWatch documentation system
    10. Adheres to the organization's policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
    11. Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position




    1. RN with Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
    2. 2+ years of experience in community health nursing providing direct patient care
    3. Strong computer skills
    4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to supervise others
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual preferred

    Working Conditions/Physical Demand:  Business Office Environment.  Working indoors and outdoors with use of phone and computer; Job characteristics:  Client and Customer contact
