Prevention Resource Network (PRN) supports all patients' needs regardless of socio-economic condition or background, or their ability to pay. PRN provides comprehensive services to its clients including harm reduction, HIV counseling, testing, and case management, and treatment for substance use disorder.
We are currently looking for a Peer Navigator to be based at our Harm Reduction Center. This position will be responsible for providing assistance to patients with substance use disorder in activities related to their health care such as navigating the health care system, assisting in appointment scheduling, and providing referrals and resources to increase access to care and other community resources.

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment within a fast-paced healthcare center with heavy customer service, phones and computer use. Requires travel to branch locations.
