The ideal qualifications for the Home Health Aide, Homecare, include:

• NJ Home Health Aide certification required
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Car and a valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors with client/customer contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches, electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker, wheelchair, and household appliances etc.
