Position Highlights:

As the RN Field Supervisor, you will lead and support Home Health Aides (HHAs) to ensure top-quality patient care and foster a professional, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for conducting field visits to evaluate the care quality and providing leadership support in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. Additionally, you will oversee training programs and promote professional development for HHAs while ensuring compliance with health standards and agency policies.

 

 

• Supervise and monitor care provided by HHAs.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate care quality.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and provide leadership support as needed.
• Oversee training programs and professional development for HHAs.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and agency policies.

• License:NJ RN license
• Education: BSN required.
• Experience: 2+ years homecare experience required
• Skills: Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Other: Driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
