Overview

VNA Health Group is seeking a motivated Homecare Extended Hours Triage Manager to join our dedicated team. This position plays a critical role in providing clinical oversight and supervising services within our Extended Hours department

 

*Position Requires a minimum of 2 weekends per months and all company holidays*

Responsibilities

  • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
  • Provides clinical oversight and support to Extended Hours staff
  • Triages phone calls during evening and overnight hours and arranges visit with on-call  staff as necessary
  • Receives, enters, and assigns referrals
  • Provides direction and leadership to the Extended Hours staff on a regular basis
  • Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
  • Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position

Qualifications

  • RN licensure, BSN preferred
  • 3 years community health nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

 Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
