HR Operations Process Improvement Manager

Location: Hybrid

 

VNA Health Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Process Improvement Manager to drive process efficiencies, automation, and internal controls across our HR and Payroll functions. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless payroll operations for over 2,000 employees across multiple FEINs while implementing innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance HRIS and Payroll processes.

 

Position Highlights:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize HR Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement internal controls.
  • Act as a payroll backup, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation to enhance HRIS and Payroll efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to align improvements with business goals.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze and enhance HR operations through technology and automation.
  • Manage and mentor payroll staff while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Oversee ADP Workforce Now system configuration and data management.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track payroll metrics and performance indicators.
  • Maintain internal controls, conduct payroll audits, and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in payroll management, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, strong Excel skills, and experience with AI-driven HR automation.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and drive change management.
  • Preferred: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Lean Six Sigma experience, and familiarity with healthcare-specific payroll regulations.
