We’re currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Philanthropy/Foundation Department. This key position provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership and plays an important role in advancing the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Supports the organization’s mission by striving for excellence and fostering positive relationships with team members
Answers all department phone calls, directs inquiries to appropriate staff, and follows up as needed
Prepares donation deposits, collaborates on timely and accurate gift acknowledgements, and assists with financial reconciliation
Provides administrative support for day-to-day department operations
Represents and supports the department at special events
Adheres to organizational policies related to attendance and professional appearance
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required
2–3 years of related work experience
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
