We’re currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Philanthropy/Foundation Department. This key position provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership and plays an important role in advancing the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the organization’s mission by striving for excellence and fostering positive relationships with team members

  • Answers all department phone calls, directs inquiries to appropriate staff, and follows up as needed

  • Prepares donation deposits, collaborates on timely and accurate gift acknowledgements, and assists with financial reconciliation

  • Provides administrative support for day-to-day department operations

  • Represents and supports the department at special events

  • Adheres to organizational policies related to attendance and professional appearance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2–3 years of related work experience

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
