Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric and Maternal-Child Health team in Monmouth County, NJ. This role focuses on providing compassionate, family-centered care to infants, children, and mothers in need of specialized nursing support.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric and maternal patients in a home or community setting
  • Provide education, support, and resources to families to promote maternal and child well-being
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in New Jersey
  • Experience in pediatric, maternal, or public health nursing preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel within Ocean County
  • Familiarity with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is a plus

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $70,200.00 to USD $159,171.19. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
