VNA Health Group is seeking a Weekend and Holiday Care Coordination Scheduler to join our Care Coordination team. This role is responsible for scheduling assignments and visits for Private Insurance patients based on clinical needs and generating reports within our tracking system.
This position requires availability for two weekends per month and holidays.
Schedule all patient visits based on assessed needs
Coordinate directly with insurance companies
Provide administrative support for Care Coordination programs
Maintain positive, professional relationships with team members
Adhere to organizational policies regarding attendance and appearance
Perform related duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–3 years of office experience required; healthcare or medical background preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working on and off site with heavy phone and computer use, fax machine, copier, printer.
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $33,280 to USD $87,500.08. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
