Position Summary:
As a Peer Navigator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people who use substances by assisting with referrals to recovery resources, conducting wellness visits, and providing direct support to clients at mobile harm reduction sites in Monmouth County, NJ. You’ll empower individuals to reduce risks tied to drug use and sexual health and connect people to essential services. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $ $33,280.00 to USD $ $87,500.08 . When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
