Position Summary:
The Family Advocate (FA) assists families in identifying and accessing resources in Monmouth County. The FA supports families in need by connecting them with essential services. Through home visits and community engagement, the FA provides translation, referrals for furniture, clothing, food, healthcare, and educational resources. The FA also fosters ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring continued support and access to community programs. The program’s family-centered approach is grounded in key principles: treating families with respect and dignity, offering individualized and responsive support, and sharing information that empowers families to make informed decisions.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $$33,280.00 to USD $87,500.075. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
