About the Role: Office Administrator

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible of our department’s operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and a safe, well-managed office environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a welcoming and resourceful point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to the department.
  • Coordinate building and facility needs to maintain a safe and productive workspace.
  • Act as the primary liaison with IT for computer-related issues.
  • Manage Home Care Home Base client tasks and documentation.
  • Support nursing team PSCs and scheduling as needed.
  • Organize and prepare supply pickups for field staff.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.

Work Environment:

Business office setting with regular use of phones, computers, and office equipment (fax, copier, printer, folding machine).

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $33,280 to USD $87,500.08. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
