We are seeking a Nurse Manager to support our Asbury Park, NJ facility. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical care provided within the designated site. Provides effective initial and ongoing orientation and training to all clinical employees. Partners with the site’s Front Office Manager to ensure that safe, high quality patient care is delivered following all established policies/procedures/workflows and that all Key Performance Indicator targets are met. Demonstrates a collaborative leadership style, building positive working relationships up, down, and across the organization.

The position would be responsible for coordinating and implementing the School Based Youth Services Program activities to support healthy youth development, prevention and learning, in Asbury Park and High Schools as well as providing administrative support to the department.
